Who this notice covers

This notice applies to TERNEXIS LLC, which provides services publicly under the TERNEXIS brand.

Information collected

When you request a quote, TERNEXIS may collect your name, email address or mobile number, preferred contact method, city and ZIP code, optional street address, service category, problem description, optional timing and, if you choose to provide it, how you heard about TERNEXIS.

Website attribution

When available, the quote form records campaign tags included in a TERNEXIS link, the referring website's domain and the landing page path. It does not retain the referring page's full address, query string or fragment. This limited information is kept in browser session storage during your visit so TERNEXIS can understand which outreach led to a request.

After a successful request, the browser temporarily stores a one-way request signature and submission time to help prevent an accidental duplicate. The signature does not contain readable contact information or request text.

How it is used

The information is used to review your request, confirm the service area, prepare a quote, contact you and arrange service if you choose to proceed. TERNEXIS does not sell quote-request information.

Form processing

Website submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to the TERNEXIS administrative inbox. Those providers may process the information under their own privacy and security terms. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, account credentials or other sensitive information.

Retention and requests

Quote details are kept only as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested service, maintain business records or meet legal obligations. You may ask what information is held about your request or ask for deletion when no retention obligation applies.
