Setup or service visit

Best when the task is already clear, such as setting up a router, printer, computer, TV or connected device. Hands-on service starts at $129.
You receive one written quote before booking. The $89 diagnostic and $129 service starting prices are not automatically combined. Larger setups, multi-device work and longer visits are quoted individually.

Yes. TERNEXIS travels to residential customers and does not receive visitors at a public storefront.
How is my price confirmed?
Your request, city and ZIP code are reviewed before booking. You receive one written quote for the defined work, including any travel adjustment. The $89 diagnostic and $129 service starting prices are not automatically combined, and nothing additional is added without your approval.
Will I need to share my passwords?
No. Never submit passwords in the request form. If a service requires a sign in, remain present and enter the credential yourself.
